1. Overview
aiOS is operated by AI Genesis LLC. You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to delete data you have given us directly, and how to delete data we obtained on your behalf from connected services such as Google (Gmail), Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ads.
When you disconnect a connected service or delete your account, we revoke the stored access tokens for that service and delete the data we synced from it (for example, your connected Instagram profile, linked Facebook Pages, and any ad-account metadata) from our systems.
2. Delete your data in the dashboard (fastest)
You are in control. Two self-serve options:
- Disconnect one service: go to Dashboard → Integrations, find the connected service (e.g. Meta / Instagram), and click Disconnect. This immediately revokes our stored access token for that service and deletes the data we synced from it. You can reconnect later if you wish.
- Delete your whole account: go to Dashboard → Settings → Account and choose Delete account. This removes your profile, messages, generated content, and all connected-service data and tokens.
3. Delete your data by email
Prefer us to do it for you? Email privacy@ai-genesis.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you use with the iMessage assistant. We will verify ownership, delete your data, and confirm by reply.
4. Deleting Facebook, Instagram, and Meta data
If you connected a Facebook Page, an Instagram Professional account, or a Meta ad account to aiOS, we stored an encrypted access token plus basic metadata (account IDs, usernames, Page names, ad-account names) so our assistant could act on your behalf. To remove all of it:
- From aiOS: Disconnect the Meta / Instagram card in Dashboard → Integrations (section 2 above), or delete your account. We revoke the token and delete the synced Meta data.
- From Meta (recommended too): open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find aiOS, and choose Remove. This revokes aiOS's access from Meta's side as well.
We do not sell Meta Platform data, and we only use it to provide the features you asked for (for example, publishing a post to your own Instagram account or reporting on your own ad campaigns). See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
5. Deleting Google (Gmail & Calendar) data
If you connected a Google account (Gmail and/or Google Calendar), we stored an encrypted OAuth token so the assistant could read or send email and manage your calendar at your request. We do not keep copies of your mailbox. To remove our access and any stored Google data:
- From aiOS: Disconnect the Gmail / Calendar card in Dashboard → Integrations (section 2 above), or delete your account. We immediately revoke the token and delete the stored Google data.
- From Google (recommended too): open Google Account → Third-party access, find aiOS, and choose Remove access. This revokes aiOS's access from Google's side as well.
We do not sell Google user data and use it only to provide the features you ask for, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including its Limited Use requirements). See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
6. Deleting Microsoft (Outlook & Calendar) data
If you connected a Microsoft account (Outlook mail and/or calendar), we stored an encrypted OAuth token so the assistant could read, organize, or send email and manage your calendar at your request. We do not keep copies of your mailbox. To remove our access and any stored Microsoft data:
- From aiOS: Disconnect the Outlook card in Dashboard → Integrations (section 2 above), or delete your account. We immediately revoke the token and delete the stored Microsoft data.
- From Microsoft (recommended too): open Microsoft account → Apps and services (personal accounts) or myapps.microsoft.com (work and school accounts), find aiOS, and remove its access. This revokes aiOS's access from Microsoft's side as well.

7. Automated data deletion callback
For Meta's Platform requirements, aiOS also exposes a programmatic Data Deletion Callback. When Meta sends a deletion request for a user (for example, when someone removes aiOS from their Facebook settings), our endpoint verifies the signed request, deletes the associated Meta data and tokens, and returns a confirmation code and a status URL so the request can be tracked.

8. Timeline
- Disconnecting a service takes effect immediately — the token is revoked and the synced data is deleted right away.
- Account deletion and email requests are completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner. Backups containing residual copies are purged on our normal backup-rotation cycle.
